HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

Hart Capital essentially becomes the tenant. We guarantee the landlord a fixed rental income on the property. Hart Capital then sub-let the property. When doing this we take the utmost care in selecting the best tenants suited to the property. This will ensure peace of mind to all involved. We then assume the management of the property for as long as the landlord wishes it to be a rental property. This includes all tenant queries/problems, fixtures and fittings, utilities, etc. Hart Capital will act as property manager making sure you the landlord have nothing to worry about.

HOW MUCH DO I GET?

Hart Capital ensure a very smooth process of conveying your monthly tenant payment straight to your bank account. The payment amount will depend entirely on the market property rate. Here is a summary of the steps we take to insure this commitment.

1. A guaranteed rental income which is paid on time every month.
2. A straightforward and smooth letting and management service.
3. Your property is let within the shortest timeframe possible.
4. Even while your property is vacant, you still get reliably paid the rental amount every month.
5. During those times, the rent is late or not paid at all, you will still get paid.
6. No hidden fees, no monthly commissions or set up fees involved.
7. No need to deal with tenant complaints or queries.
8. The contract date between the landlord and Pynnacle Assets provides the guaranteed start date; no
need to worry about how long it will take for us to find a tenant.
9. Maintenance management and property inspections will be handled by Pynnacle Assets. No need to worry
about the small issues involved in the rental process.
10. Protection against legal eviction costs and tenant damage.
11. Subject to fair wear and tear, your property returned in its original condition.

CAN I GET OUT OF IT?

When doing this we take the utmost care in selecting the best tenants suited to the property. This will ensure peace of mind to all involved. We then assume the management of the property for as long as the landlord wishes it to be a rental property. This includes all tenant queries/problems, fixtures and fittings, utilities, etc. Hart Capital will act as property manager making sure you the landlord has nothing to worry about. At the end of the lease, you can renew the tenancy agreement with us or you can take the property back. We will however, need the necessary time to notify the tenants to vacate the property.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our format for managing your property is very clear and transparent. We operate no set up fees and there are absolutely NO HIDDEN COSTS involved. Hart Capital does not charge any fee to the landlord.
